We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Revenue Operations analyst to help shape and drive forward the vision of one of the fastest-growing companies in the market.

This role will report to the Head of Revenue Finance ( Data Center & Migrations). You will play a key role in supporting the Enterprise Sales organisation. This role will work in partnership with our go-to-market teams (deal desk, sales operations and sales). You will also work closely with the broader finance and team including Accounting, Strategy and Business Operations.

In This Role, You'll Get To

• Partner with the FPA topline team on forecast adjustments for large complex contracts
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on strategic projects
• Support the monetisation team in evaluating pricing and packaging proposals
• You will review and summarise the contract deal terms and overall economics for deals that go to the Head of FPA or CFO for approval.
• Work closely with various cross-functional teams to facilitate the deals process, including deal exception approvals.
• Proactively highlight opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate to review and improve finance deal processes, procedures, standards and tools, and share best practices across Deal Management teams.

On Your First Day, We'll Expect You To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics), MBA and/or CPA is a plus
• Strong communication and personal skills, with the ability to be personable but also persistent
• Prior experience supporting sales from an FP&A perspective in a Saas company is highly desirable
• Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau)
• Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting work experience including planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, interpreting and reporting business performance results
• Efficient with managing tasks that require collaboration with stakeholders in different time zones
• Team player who can also self-initiate
• Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong technical fundamentals such as spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel) and exposure to planning tools (Anaplan) and data/finance systems (Netsuite)
• Qualitative:

• Quantitative:
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner
• Comfort with challenging leaders to drive return on investment and operational improvements
• Possess a strong work ethic with a “get-it-done” attitude
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow-through
