The Mudflap mobile app connects professional truck drivers with fuel stops in the $800B trucking industry. We help SMB trucking companies save thousands of dollars on fuel (their #1 business expense), while providing our fuel stop partners with access to new, hard-to-reach customers. We're growing quickly and are looking for a new customer-obsessed teammate to join us on this journey.
- Assess current tools and systems to identify operational gaps. Determine need for new tools and lead their implementation
- Present recommendations and results to management and key decision-makers
- Establish and track weekly and monthly KPIs - understand what is working and what is not - make recommendations on how to improve along the way
- Work closely with cross-functional Merchant and Driver teams to create and improve operational workflows and processes
- Identify, own and publish operational OKRs and KPIs which will drive positive engagement and usage across Mudflap
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems such HubSpot and Gong
- Familiarity with Customer Support systems and tools such Zendesk and Intercom
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Experience implementing new end-to-end workflows and processes from scratch for new, future products
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
