Remote Recruiter (Online Education Industry)

We are looking for a Recruiter, to work fully support an online education institute with internal requisitions. This is a temporary 3-month contract with possibility for extensions and/or to be converted to full time employment after successful completion. The ideal candidate has experience coming from a not-for-profit/non-profit university, online college, vocational school, career/technical college, or similar - but this isn't required! Fully Remote/Virtual, but must reside in either Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Texas.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

This person will be responsible for making 30+ outbound calls a day and scheduling 8-10 interviews a week for internal advisory positions, and once candidates are hired partner with concierge to do pre-boarding.

Looking for:

• Strong communication skills, high energy, motivating personality
• Minimum 3 years of experience with internal/corporate recruiting
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a not-for-profit/non-profit university, online college, vocational school, career/technical college, or similar is preferred
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Effective with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Must be a resident of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas – must be comfortable working EST hours
