Persuade prospective patients to enroll with One Medical

Nurture leads with the One Medical Senior Brand through scheduled phone cadence

Excellent task and time management skills, enabling efficient handling of responsibilities

Scheduling Support: Assist patients with scheduling queries and requirements, ensuring smooth appointment booking and managing any scheduling conflicts

Technology Assistance: Guide patients in using our technology effectively during their visits, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare setting, will be highly advantageous

Enter and maintain accurate data and records into the patient management tool in compliance with the program requirements

Strong financial management skills to reconcile receipts for patient reimbursement

Serve as the point person for a select number of patients/caregivers in supporting their treatment through an online case management system

Demonstrates excellent care management and ability to maintain records, in accordance with the program design and compliance standards

Respond to inquiries from patients/caregivers/sites regarding the patient support service offerings using a call guide resource

Follow all SOPs to ensure program compliance in working with patients and capturing data requirements needed for the program

Managing a high level of inbound calls, offering advice and guidance to new and existing patients

Leveraging knowledge of One Medical to carefully pair patients with medical providers, resulting in long-lasting relationships.

At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles, phones based customer service experience preferred

BA/BS degree (preferred) or commensurate experience

Assisting patients with navigating the intricacies of their insurance so they feel ready to take on the (healthcare) world.

2+years of Salesforce or CSM management

Experience training others, particularly for enrollment advisor or similar roles

Experience leading a continuous improvement process

Excellent written communication skills to ensure information continuity with Kidney Hero teams

Understand organizational, as well as patient needs and work with leadership to execute enrollment goals.

Enhance operational training and development process based on growth strategies

Gain experience in the fast-growing world of clinical research and develop skills that are in high-demand

6+ months of experience in a medical setting (Medical Assistant, Research Assistant, Office Support, etc)

Normal Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM)

$20 - $23hr + bonus
