We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Engineering to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to our engineering teams. As the VP Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of multiple products within our company portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive transformational change. Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide the technical direction and evolution of our products.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure the teams are utilizing modern software engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high-performance within the engineering organization.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent across global teams, including establishing career development plans and mentorship programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering productivity and delivery speed.
• Foster a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride within the engineering teams.
• In partnership with PMO, develop and implement effective engineering processes, standards, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, support, implementation, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and deliverables.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the engineering teams responsible for developing multiple products.
• Work closely with the CTO and other executives to define and execute the company's engineering strategy, goals, and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing global engineering teams, preferably as a VP of Engineering or similar position.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams through significant transformational initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development for SaaS based products.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing engineering strategies aligned with business goals.
