Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a VP of Operations to join Central Services, an M3 company.

We are seeking an experienced operation executive to work closely with the CEO of M3 USA to execute business optimization initiatives. The individual will also work directly with the Business Unit’s (BU’s) CEOs and the leadership teams to provide critical support to improve operational efficiencies in identified business functions such as post-acquisition integration, business development, operational management, data reporting, and others. The role will be instrumental in helping to plan and implement new operational processes and design and lead improvement projects, with focus on ensuring that M3 realizes planned acquisition synergies in a timely and most efficient manner. Successful candidate will have potential for growth into M3 USA Business Unit operational leadership position, such as a COO.

• Lead change management process and ensure that the newly implemented process shows measurable improvements.
• Collaborate across BU’s to analyze synergies, facilitating communication and collaborative opportunities, while setting operational targets and timeframes.
• Collaborate with the CEO’s and articulate specific operational process improvements, provide recommendations, and develop plans of execution.
• Determine the scope of operational improvement initiatives and provide cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Oversee assigned functional performance projects, offering guidance and advice where needed and providing necessary feedback to management.
• Analyze and interpret data and metrics and create reports for the management.
• Consult with each BU CEOs to identify operational issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Integrate new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.
• Advise on decisions in the areas of post-acquisition strategy, structure, integration and systems with the objective of achieving the transaction's goals and realizing acquisition value. Document processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.
• Evaluate business operations, assess the utilization of resources, and develop and implement improvement strategies in line with business objectives across a number of M3 Business Units (BU’s)

• Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, finance or economics or in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred - including healthcare market research, physician recruitment, clinical trials and healthcare technology.
• Six Sigma Certification – Black Belt Preferred
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or specialization in operations management preferred.
• Experience operating in deadline-driven environment and satisfying scheduled deliverables, while managing multiple priorities and several concurrent projects
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in professional operations consultancy or 5+ years of experience as senior management of operational functions with track record of business optimization initiatives and process improvements with proven metrics
