Equity Compensation Accountant Jobs

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of management.

Develop and maintain relationships with workforce management, leadership, and stakeholders.

Lead full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer execution.

5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a contact/call center organization with a high-volume req load.

Remote work is available, but candidates must be based on the east coast.

Reporting to an incredible Accounting Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA highly preferred

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Industry plus public accounting experience highly preferred

Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Advanced analytical Excel capabilities and project management skills

Perform monthly balance sheet substantiation, evaluate adequacy of expense accruals, resolving issues, and escalate key items to management timely

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

4-5 years in an accounting role with compensation experience

Assist in the monthly and quarterly close process

Responsible for interacting with internal and external auditors on a regular basis
