Jd Logistics - Logistics Coordinator/Manager

Location: City of Industry, CA/Fontana, CA

Job Type: Full-time / Contractor

Position Requirements:

• Monitor logistics and distribution resources throughout the entire process, coordinate with business departments, and promptly address urgent distribution needs.
• Develop standardized operating guidelines for warehouse and distribution quality control, as well as SOPs for on-site inspections and audits.
• Other works assigned by team.
• Collaborate with business departments, actively participate in the entire process of business projects' planning, execution, and propose viable logistics and distribution solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
• Conduct diagnostics and analyses of logistics operations, identify operational risks, and implement improvements in a closed-loop manner.
• Analyze daily operational data, identify areas for improvement; develop and implement effective short-term & long-term solutions.
• Establish an effective quality control mechanism, optimize warehouse and distribution indicators, and enhance quality analysis capabilities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of logistics service providers, including express delivery, professional distribution, and warehouse suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Party B (counter-party) is advantageous, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred; knowledge of Chinese and Spanish would be a plus.
• Honest, proactive, meticulous, and open to new things, with a strong ability to learn, execute, and drive principles forward.
• Familiarity with logistics & distribution-related processes and prior experience in managing logistics service providers.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in logistics; preferred experience in logistics project management with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
