Ainsley Search Group is hiring a seasoned Regional Human Resources Manager to join a fast growing, global beverage packaging manufacturer based in greater Philadelphia area. This Regional HR Manager will report to CHRO and lead, initiative and organize the region-wide HR Guidance to all regional leaders and employees, standardize policies and procedures across regional and ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures, drives culture changes and process improvement across the regional operations and further improve people, process, talent development, retention, etc. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, bonus, benefits and growth, the ideal candidate will be developed into Corporate Director of HR in the future.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to the CHRO and lead a regional team to deliver human resources leadership to regional leaders and employees, support human resources initiatives with union workforce, establish and cultivate a positive and collaborate partnerships and culture across all level of staff while ensure visibility and accessibility to FTE and union employees.
- Promote a harassment-free environment, promote workforce diversity and inclusion.
- Review existing policies and procedures, identify, investigate root causes related some recurring organizational bottlenecks and develop, implement and drive corrective action plans for priority locations to address areas of concerns.
- Manage and improve employee relations, training, retention, development, stay abreast with legislative requirements, compliance, HRIS, benefits, total rewards, labor trend, etc.
- Support benefit administration, total rewards program, grievances, arbitrations, as needed.
- Develop training and retention programs to support the improvement of productivity and talent retention.
- Monitor compliance and proper documentation with federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, and any other employment-related requirements.
- Lead with example and act as change agent to drives cultural changes across the regional operations, engage in organizational restructure, develop, improve policies and procedure to ensure a positive and collaborate culture.
- Partner with corporate executive and CHRO to identify, develop, and implement employee reward programs and community outreach programs to encourage a positive and collaborate work environment.
- Develop staffing strategies to identify talent within and outside the organization, and identifies appropriate and effective external resources to acquire talents at all levels, engage in interviews, tests, and selections of talents for vacancies.
- Administrate performance evaluation program and revises as necessary to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Timely engagement with Corporate HR leader and Executive teams on discussion and alignment of business strategies, initiatives, policies and procedure updates.
- Design and implement human resources audit processes to ensure compliance with company, federal, state, local regulations and proper alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
- Monito and control department’s expense and costs, contribute to cost-effective operations for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Ability to hold other accountable and excellent communication and organization skills.
- A change agent, ability to establish rapport and influence others effectively.
- Ability to effectively evaluate the human resources needs for the region and develop short and long-term strategic plans to address areas of needs.
- Aspiration to advance to senior level leadership as part of succession planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree, higher education desired.
- Recent years of HR Leadership experience with union management background.
