Job Description

We are currently hiring a Regional VP for one of our main clients.

This is a permanent position based in the US and will report directly to the CEO/Founder


Purpose of the role

  • To identify targets and bring new clients for trip support & flight planning in US region
  • To manage existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and expand business where appropriate


Main responsibilities:

  • Set up & attend trade shows
  • Identify profitable target clients
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients (as per their preferences)
  • Meet agreed quarterly sales target
  • Make first approaches
  • Brand ambassador
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Due diligence on new clients
  • Negotiate & close sales


Requirements:

  • Business aviation experience and preferably international ops experience (not essential) in accordance to the role to be performed. BD/Sales experience will be very valuable.
  • Degree Level education


Conditions

  • Local operator employment contract
  • Location: West Coast
  • Fixed remuneration (Basic gross salary + attractive commision plan)
