- Propose new initiatives and test approaches to increase demand in the local market

- Ensure cohesive collaboration within the North America team structure
- Plan, research, and analyze North America market trends and consumer patterns
- Drive scalable customer acquisition model and establish brand presence in North America
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Represent Luxury Escapes at travel and consumer events
- Build and develop strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers
- Execute online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to Luxury Escapes site
- Implement local language and payment method projects
- Localize product development and relay customer insights to optimize acquisition and retention
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership position within the travel industry, with specific experience in the USA market.
- Strong knowledge of the USA travel industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
