Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as the Vice President - North America. In this crucial role, you will take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for our North America Region.


Your primary focus will be driving growth and maximizing profitability by effectively catering to our valued customers in North America. This role encompasses overseeing both the supply and demand sides of our operations.

You will be responsible for:


  • Propose new initiatives and test approaches to increase demand in the local market
  • Maintain knowledge of global digital trends and apply them in decision-making
  • Develop and execute North America customer growth strategy
  • Achieve all commercial targets set by the CEO of Luxury Escapes International
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration within the North America team structure
  • Plan, research, and analyze North America market trends and consumer patterns
  • Drive scalable customer acquisition model and establish brand presence in North America
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Represent Luxury Escapes at travel and consumer events
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Execute online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to Luxury Escapes site
  • Implement local language and payment method projects
  • Localize product development and relay customer insights to optimize acquisition and retention


What we are looking for:


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Extensive experience in a senior leadership position within the travel industry, with specific experience in the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of the USA travel industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
