Purpose of Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in FlightSafety International’s recruiting process. This position is responsible for scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data, and ensuring the candidate experience is seamless.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.

  • High-volume global scheduling of interviews: phone screens, video conferencing, presentations and onsite interviews on behalf of recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding process with new hire orientation, backgrounds, drug screens, etc.
  • Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Provide support to candidates as needed, including guidance through upcoming interviews, greeting if applicable in the office and ensuring phone interviews or on-sites go smoothly.

Minimum Education

Associate’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience

  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management software or similar ATS preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Recruiting, HR, Administrative, or Executive coordination.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within team structure
  • High sense of urgency and effective time management skills
