Temporary Recruiting Coordinator (10 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities (~8-10 hours):

• Proactive outreach to candidates on LinkedIn/Indeed
• Phone screens with required availability 5 days/week morning EST
• Coordinating & scheduling interviews with District Managers & Regional Ops Manager
• Requisition management, including opening/closing reqs based on need
• Other duties as assigned: employee record keeping, verifying employment eligibility
• Rejecting / offering candidates in Harri

Pay Range: $20 - $25 Hourly
