Job Description

A Little About This Gig

  • Agility Partners is working with a leading trial law firm, focused on innovative legal strategy and proprietary technology while working on the most important and complex cases in the world. They are in need of a Legal Support Coordinator to provides backup administrative and clerical support to litigation and transactional Legal Administrative Assistants under their mentorship. This is an in-office job. Their team atmosphere is fostered not only by the lawyers, but by all members of the support staff. The firm’s employees are proud of collaborating to service firm clients and describes themselves as a growing family!
  • Proofreading Documents - Processes associated with the proofreading of documents for grammatical, spelling and format errors.
  • Processes associated with the coordination or management of phone calls, voice mail messages or conference calls.
  • Revising Documents - Processes associated with editing documents from handwritten notes, annotated hard copy, transcription, shorthand, etc. Includes comparisons, conversions, merges, creation of tables of contents/authorities, etc.
  • Drafting Documents - Processes associated with the initial drafting of documents from handwritten notes, annotated hard copies, shorthand, discussions, etc. Includes transcription, translation and court reporting.
  • Meeting Logistics
  • Communication Services
  • Processes associated with the coordination or management of email, calendars, contact information, tasks or similar communications activities utilizing systems such as Outlook and our CRM platform.
  • Document Creation
  • Day to Day Responsibilities in this role are as follows:
  • Processes associated with identifying attendees, inviting/scheduling attendees, meeting RSVP tracking, meeting minute preparation and finalization, identification of support services needed, and equipment required.
  • Scanning - Processes associated with scanning printed materials to various file formats for uses other than reproduction.
  • Printing - Processes associated with printing electronic documents to hard copy.
  • Copying - Processes associated with reproducing printed materials to hard copy, CD or other reproductive medium.
