Base Pay Range:
$89,253.00 - $133,880.00

Job Summary:
Vroom is seeking a Sales Recruiter to help expand our growing Inside Sales team. The team has undergone some exciting changes this year. With our business growing rapidly, we need to hire remote Inside Sales Specialists across five states. This role owns the entire recruiting cycle and will help us to attract, source, and recruit the best Sales talent.
This Recruiter will define the support needs of their hiring managers, facilitate hiring discussions, seek consensus and then complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. This individual will work to creatively provide a diverse slate of candidates without dependencies on outside search agents. The right Recruiter will be adept at collaborating proactively with hiring managers, interviewers, and the HR team.
Qualities we’re looking for:
  • Passion to create a white-glove candidate experience, even if it’s done remotely
  • Enthusiasm for an e-commerce company that is disrupting an industry
  • Organization and attention to detail which will make supporting multiple hiring managers a breeze
  • Knowledge of Sales industry trends for strategic recommendations to attract the best Inside Sales candidates

Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Master candidate communication that is frequent and timely throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback, and appropriately disposition all candidates
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and sourcing passive candidate networks
  • Educate candidates on the culture, growth potential, compensation, and benefits of working for Vroom, selling both the company and the opportunity
  • Appropriately discuss and negotiate compensation with hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
  • Partner and establish rapport with appropriate stakeholders for candidate development and offer presentation
  • Solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers related to recruiting process
  • Build and maintain network of candidates/source through LinkedIn and other networking sites
  • Keep up to date with recruitment practices and resources in the Sales field
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and complete project work as needed
  • Assess and evaluate candidates via video conferencing meetings
Qualifications:
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to adjust, re-prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong ability to assess talent, negotiate compensation, and build rapport with all types of candidates
  • Demonstrated capability to build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels through constant communication
  • Appreciation and ability to advocate for diversity hiring and the inclusivity of gender, race, background, and diversity of thought
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
  • Drive to continuously raise the talent bar within an organization
  • 3+ years’ experience with full-cycle Inside Sales recruiting for a fast-paced telemarketing/call center environment
