The Opportunity
As a Physician Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with top-tier candidates who share our passion for Better Health. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll lead the charge in building strong relationships and sourcing exceptional talent. Your efforts will help us further our mission and make a real impact on healthcare.
Responsibilities
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, leveraging technology to identify both active and passive candidates.
Engage in comprehensive job scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position requirements.
Tap into business networks and internal referrals to source potential candidates.
Craft compelling position advertisements and ensure accurate placement of job openings.
Evaluate resumes and applications, assessing candidate viability and compensation expectations.
Conduct in-depth behavioral-based interviews with promising candidates.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support them throughout the interview process.
Provide candidates with timely updates on application and interview statuses.
Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-screened candidates, ensuring a continuous flow of potential hires.
Articulate job offers and guide candidates toward acceptance.

Education & Experience
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of specialized physician recruitment experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong background in marketing and sourcing techniques, including cold calling, networking, and research.
Familiarity with Google Suite tools: Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.
Knowledgeable about employment laws, including EEO.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational, time-management, and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent work ethic.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of the business environment.
Physical Functions
Ability to work both in a seated and standing position.
Capable of remaining stationary for extended periods, occasionally exceeding 50% of the time.
Physically able to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and pull.
Proficient use of office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and printers.
