Project Manager- Logistics /Supply Chain Planning

Role: Logistics/ Supply Chain Planning Project Manager

Skills needed:

- 7+ year’s experience:

o Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes

o Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in similar field

o Experience in creating supply chain design

o Must have experience managing/deploying Supply Chain Projects

o Knowledge of complex Logistics projects

o Building Agile schedule

o Working in Agile environment

o Working in a PMO

 Creating processes and workflows

o Developing Roadmaps

o Creating Business Cases

o Working with stakeholders to gain agreement on metrics

o Develop metrics and track monthly costs

o Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dev Ops (ADO)

o Create reporting monthly reports

Responsibilities:

 Track, forecast, and information on project progress, including metrics and challenges

 Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches

 Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications

 Create and manage documentation and reports for projects

 Identify the goals and requirements of each project

 Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project

 Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges

 Prior experience as a project analyst in a related field required

 Strong understanding in project management and data analysis

 Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications

 Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Establishing key performance indicators

 Monitoring and evaluating the overall project

 Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performances

 Identifying problems and shortfalls and offering solutions

 Exceptional research and reporting skills

 Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines

 Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
