Job Description

This highly transparent role is the central point of contact for the operations of one of our fastest growing product lines. We seek to build operations teams that are focused on being a reliable supplier. The key to success is balancing all of the business priorities and presenting barriers to cross functional partners.


We are looking for an operations leader that can quickly develop relationships with internal and external partners across multiple locations. This role will be tasked with running current operations plus establishing new operations.


This role is based from our corporate headquarters in St. Louis Park, MN. Relocation will be provided for the right candidate.


What You Will Experience In This Position


  • Engage, empower and inspire operations to achieve business results. Create positive cultures by involving employees in problem solving and decision making as well as recognizing them for exceptional work.
  • Develop open lines of communication to continually push messages up and down in the organization.
  • Lead the coordination of ISC with cross functional teams to resolve production strategies. This includes resolving production locations, necessary headcount and project teams. Lead change that brings value to our customers by growing production capability, tooling, machines and staffing in current and new operations.
  • Collaborate with leaders at all levels in the development and execution of short and long-term operational plans.
  • Establish new production operations using Lean methodologies.


You Have


  • 3+ years demonstrated project management experience
  • MBA or other graduate degree preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships at all levels both internally and externally (customers, suppliers, etc.)
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering or similar field is a must
  • 10% - 30% both domestic and international travel, dependent upon location of incumbent
  • Ability to be an inspiring leader with a combination of analytic rigor, conceptual ability, innovation, creativity, mental flexibility and judgment
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean Methodologies
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • 10 demonstrated years experience
