Corporate Supply Chain Planning Manager

Supply Chain planning Management, assuring optimal levels in Finished goods inventories in each plant/Location under an optimized supply chain design, working capital costs; achieving Service Levels of 98%. Under 4 Performance attributes: Reliable, Flexible, Agile, Expenses control and Supply Chain assets Management.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Directs and executes the company’s strategy of Warehouse Management, Materials and Finished Goods.
• Design and modeling the supply chain offering real efficiency alternatives.
• Lead and Manage functions of Supply Chain Design, Demand Control, Supply Network Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Transportation Planning and Raw Milk System Balance.
• Develop and lead a high-performance team in Supply Chain Planning and ensure that team development becomes a sustainable competitive advantage.
• Support and Direct the Innovation and Transformation process of supply chain planning.
• Develop and execute the overall supply chain planning strategy, ensuring alignment to the indicators of Sales Growth, EBITDA, Service Levels and Productivity.
• Ensure availability of critical supply chain resources that support the Integrated business plan.
• Influence and act as an integrator with the different Business Units and Operations work team collaborating with the other leaders of areas (MKT, Finance, Sourcing, Production Plants) and execution of plans in the supply chain.
• Manage Supply Chain productivity projects align to the continuous improvement, designing and implementing control processes to achieve savings.
• Define and Manage Key Performance Indicators to ensure the execution of the E2E supply chain according to the company´s goals.
• Lead the Supply Review process within the Integral Business Planning sessions at Grupo LALA.
• Optimize and ensure Finished Product Inventory planning at end-to-end (E2E).
• Ensure effective representation of the Supply Chain/Operations in Business Planning Sessions and Management Committee.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability of critical resources that support the supply chain plan.
• Develop data capabilities and analysis tools that reach from suppliers and partners across the internal value chain through to end customers.
• Streamline the Supply Chain through network optimization, service cost, inventories, production, and transportation, as well as Green Field analysis.
• Anticipate and Prevent supply chain disruptions with agile response.
• Identify/Develop different alternatives or options when demand and supply are not aligned.
• Manage a wide ecosystem of suppliers across all dimensions of the supply chain.
• Ensure Service Levels > 95% to all customers.

Position Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar position with preferential operation at the national level.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• SAP ERP, SAPSCM, SAP EIS, BI, Network Design
• CPG/Food & beverage experience.
• Availability to travel 15% of the time.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
