Program Manager Directly In The Implementation And Maintenance Of Newly Developed Program Strategies And Initiatives Including But Not Limited To
This role is reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, in a PMO function supporting Integra's ICFC Program. You will be responsible to support the Sr.

• Implementation of Program changes
• Development and maintenance of program risk logs
• Management presentations
• Development and maintenance of program timeline
• Meeting note taking and scheduling
• Revision of program plans and milestones according to prioritization
• Development and maintenance of program decision logs
• Facilitating process development meetings
• Working with the team to develop risk mitigations plans
• Risk based prioritization of program execution
• Identification and timely escalation of project risks to management

Scope Of Engagement

• ICFC Program Management Support
• Develop a robust project plan and integrate work stream project Gantts for the overall program
• Assist in the following activities under the direction of the Sr. Program Manager:
• Drive improvement of work stream processes and efficiency
• Take on project management process which includes coordinating with program workstream leaders to manage executions
• Manage interdependency among work streams, identify and communicate issues
• Take meeting minutes, track overdue tasks, follow up with action items
• Assist with PMO deliverables as needed

Project Deliverables

• Risk log
• Timely communicate WS issues and follow up with action items
• Timely analysis and update on WS task issues and impact on other WS
• Decision log
• Track/facilitate program execution activities as required
• Update project Gantts
• Develop and maintain integrated ICFC project plan
• Issue meeting minutes
• Management updates
• Weekly meetings with program work streams
• Schedule and run program meetings to resolve issues

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to integrate information to build into cohesive project plan
• At least 5-7 years' hands-on experience using MS Project in managing medium to large project/program
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, health sciences and/or business or financial management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast pace, high visibility environment
• Demonstrated project management skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Project
