Project Manager, Distribution Services

This role will coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling specific ad hoc distribution services projects. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting Merchandising, Routing, BI and Field Support projects ensuring business process are efficient and scalable.

• MANAGING THE BUSINESS Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Track project costs in order to meet budget Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Full understanding of all business requirements Optimize Business Process - Make sure that tools and process are effective and can be scalable Work with other members of the team to ensure everyone is set for success Work with IT on all technical developments Work with the business leads to deploy new reports / process

• Understanding of different elements of data quality
• Understands the importance of data visualization and the difference between good and bad data visualization
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
• Passion for automating repetitive or manual tasks
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• 3 years of experience in a data analysis related role
• Basic knowledge of statistical measures and techniques

• Travel 10-20%
