Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with CEO to set and execute the agency's long-term vision, goals, and strategies.

Business Development: Lead efforts to acquire new clients and nurture existing client relationships to drive agency growth.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and the highest quality service delivery.

Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing team of funnel management experts and digital marketers.

Financial Management: Take responsibility for the financial health ofclient accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization.

Equity Partner:

As an Equity Partner, you will have a significant stake in the agency's success, sharing in both the challenges and rewards that come with building a thriving business.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in digital marketing and funnel management.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a relevant industry.
