Dir, Project And Program Management (Implementation/Transition-In) (Remote)

This position will serve a key role in planning, directing and measuring the overall activities of large scale, cross-departmental projects. The position with take the lead in working with executive management team on priority initiatives designed to improve operations and meet key customer deliverables. This position will provide technical expertise, project management planning, execution and reporting to individual project teams and work closely with leadership and the executive team on initiatives.

• Meets with business process owners and other appropriate staff to identify the project's goals, objectives, critical success factors and success measures.
• Provides project specific supervision to assigned project analysts.
• Facilitates and leads inter-functional area or inter-departmental project meetings as needed.
• Reports project status and apprises management of issues requiring resolution in order to maintain progress on a timely basis.
• Identifies initial project team members.
• Develops and reports key metrics related to project expense and forecasted benefits.
• Directs and coordinates project resources and personnel with single point of accountability on project success.
• Develops an appropriately detailed project plan and project charter.

8+ years' project management experience in the healthcare industry.

Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control and monitor project activities.

Well developed interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform financial and quantitative analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.

Salary Minimum:

$105,230

Salary Maximum:

$178,890

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
