Project And Process Lead

Role Purpose

The Project and Process Lead is a key member of the TVS Business Unit’s Operations team and will provide insightful strategic, tactical, and implementation guidance to the Tonomus/Technology and Digital (T&D) Organization.

The Project and Process Lead will be responsible for performing project planning, execution, and control in support of business process analysis and cross-organizational implementation, as directed by the TVS Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Plan and designate project resources, prepare effort budgets, negotiate project functionalities, perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, monitor progress, and shape stakeholder expectations. Generate and manage project artifacts (e.g., business cases, change requests, decision records, lessons learned, schedules, requirements, risk logs).
• Support and execute procurement-related activities, including the raising of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), providing Goods Receipt (GR), and support of auditing efforts.
• Construct, review, and drive commercial agreements (e.g., RFI, RFP, contracts); partner with stakeholders, finance, and legal to ensure commercial terms are properly described, and raise awareness of potential issues (e.g., delivery timelines, revenue recognition, IP ownership).
• Support and implement process automation as directed by the TVS Executive Director and Leadership team.
• Monitor, measure and provide feedback on the efficacy of updated workflows; provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolution of more complex process issues to identify areas for additional process performance improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including general, ongoing communications, negotiation of scope and schedule changes, key risks, issue resolution, and ongoing progress reporting.
• Lead detailed business analysis, elicit business process requirements and specifications, interpret complex data and business metrics, (re)design workflow and process efforts, and user acceptance testing.
• Establish process KPIs in collaboration with the TVS Executive Director and Division leaders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences (e.g., leadership, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, vendors).
• Experience partnering with executive clients or stakeholders across global time zones, with a variety of cultures.
• Proven portfolio of completed projects which demonstrate mature project management skills including, the critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with, or operating knowledge of, one or more technical solutions/architectures such as web services, portals, business process modeling, UI technologies, ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and Business Intelligence tools; hands-on coding experience not required.
• Experience managing and operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated experience contracting vendor agreements.
• Experience distilling complex concepts to a C-Level audience using presentations (e.g., dashboards, use cases, data flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, workflow diagrams, screen mock-ups).
• Experience working within and across the Middle East region.
• Demonstrated experience documenting complex business processes and models across digital applications and virtual workflows.
• Experience overseeing user acceptance testing and providing test cases.

Qualifications

• Active professional certification (e.g., PMI-PMP, Prince2)
• Bachelor's degree, with 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years experience in Project Management in a leadership role of a multinational organization
