Our North America Supply Chain function plays a critical role in achieving the company dreams and ambitions. In this role, you’ll provide strong influence and leadership in building out and improving core HR processes and management systems, and drive important project work. You’ll also provide HR Business Partnership to the functional teams within the Supply Chain division (Engineering, Quality, Planning, HR and Continuous Improvement). Your technical HR skills, continuous improvement approach and strategic HR leadership will be key in partnering to build a world class culture of top talent attraction, development and retention.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • People Cost Management
  • Lead HR Process Excellence work to streamline and improve processes including annual compensation reviews, regular Organizational People Reviews, goal setting cycles, performance review cycles etc.
  • Communication and Change Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Organization Design support
  • Provide general HR Business Partnership for the NA Supply Chain functions including Engineering, Planning & Logistics, Quality, Continuous Improvement and HR.
  • Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention
  • Lead initiatives to design and implement standard operating systems and visual management for the HR function in support/ harmony with the business needs. (i.e. visual management and reporting process for key HR metrics like staffing, people cost, exempt and non-exempt retention rates, position ratios, top talent retention leading indicators etc.)
  • Day to day HR support
  • Leadership Development and Coaching
  • Lead HR functions for critical project work including footprint design and other special continuous improvement projects with divisional impact. (i.e. retention, leadership development etc.)
  • Act as a liaison with regional and global HR functional leaders to coordinate inputs and partnership for key processes and projects.
Basic Qualifications, Education & Experience (Required)
  • Strong knowledge and experience with local and national labor laws and labor relations
  • Experience in high profile, high visibility HR roles with heavy executive- level interface and influence
  • Ability to analyze and present data to effectively influence data driven business decisions
  • 5 + years total HR experience with progressive roles increasing in responsibility
  • Experience working in a large U.S. based, matrixed organization
  • Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business related discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • MBA
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources
  • LEAN methodology experience, both in production and office environments
  • Experience working in a specialized HR function a plus (comp & ben, talent acquisition, talent development, HR Services, HR Project Management etc.)

    Compensation Range: Base - $110K - $125K; Bonus – 25 – 35%
