Opportunity at a Glance
The Business Process Representative will work closely with Department Managers, functional groups, and key stakeholders, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and information in support of high priority projects and daily responsibilities. This position will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. The individual will also work closely with third party vendors, when necessary
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships across the enterprise, and understand at a high level what initiatives are moving forward in other areas of the organization.
  • Archives and updates process documentation and reports out on any relevant information according to business needs, standards and processes.
  • Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of the federal, state and institutional policies and business processes. Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholders.
  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of student service/finance functions and reports out results
  • Completes daily departmental reporting
  • Completes other duties as assigned
  • Work with outside third party agencies
  • Responsible for departmental Salesforce queue, voicemails, TEAMS requests
  • Manages multiple assignments according to plan, monitors, and reports progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.
Qualifications
  • General knowledge of Salesforce and Banner preferred
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issues
  • General knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, mathematical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficeitn PC skills in Microsoft Office, database and internet applications
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or comparable previous work experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure project completion
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.17 and $23.29. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
