Process Excellence Consultant Jobs

Our client is a fast growing, cutting edge technology startup looking for help developing their operations staff knowledge and skills in process excellence. You will introduce their team of 10-15 engineering/operational staff to the basic concepts of operational excellence over a series of remote-led meetings.

This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company establishing their process excellence approach, and could lead to further engagements. Bring your experience to help them ramp up operations and improve service to customers!

Project responsiblities :

• Concepts desired for review include :1. Process Approach (Turtle Diagram) - Process Mapping, Process Flow Diagrams, SIPOC. 2. Value Stream Mapping, 3 Quality Investigative Tools - 3 way 5 why, Fishbone, 8D philosophy 4. Risk Analysis and Identification
• Provide materials, to be reviewed and adjusted/adapted together with client Head of Quality
• Train concepts in a series of 5-8 classes of ~2 hours each.

Ideal Candidates :

• Experience working with technical (electronics, electromechanical) product companies is preferred, but not mandatory
• You have proven experience in Process Excellence training and deployment, with a minimum of 5 years experience in process excellence
• You have worked with fast paced startups or high growth internal business units
• You have excellent communication skills, with an ability to train team members outside of the traditional quality or process excellence teams
