Responsible for improving processes to ensure that all equipment uptime is tracked and measured along with monitoring and measuring sterilization OEE.

Must be available for "Engineering on call" activities in the future.

A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role preferred

Minimum 1 year Anodizing or other metal finishing experience

Regularly audit all current processes and recommend revisions or the development of new processes to the Plant Manager.

4+ years’ experience in supply chain / Materials management

Project leadership and management skills with minimal supervision

Carry out duties in accordance with company’s management policy, procedures, and work instructions on quality and environmental concerns.

2. Global Process and Supplier Management support

Team and Talent: Ability to attract, retain and develop talent (/ skillsets) in the region in collaboration with the sites

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. APICS certification a plus

Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
