Business Process Re-Engineering Lead

Important note: We need someone that has experience with Public Sector/Government projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading BPR services with a minimum project value of $4,000,000.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience utlizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 methodology.
• Four years of experience in BPR, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education.
• Minimum five (5) years of lead experience performing business process re-engineering
• Minimum two (2) years of business process review and gap analysis experience for federal, state and local entities that process eligibility determination, and supports the issuance of benefit services and/or payments.
• Possession of a *Bachelor’s Degree.

Nice to Have Skills:

• One (1) year of experience performing government policy impact analysis.
• Project is with the California Unemployment Insurance program and/or the Disability Insurance program and/or the Paid Family Leave Program Eligibility and Enrollment Systems.
• Possession of a *Master’s Degree.
• Current certification as a *Certified Business Analyst through International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• One (1) project of the experience associated with unemployment insurance and/or disability insurance benefit programs.
