About The Team

We love helping users find the information they need, easily, and quickly! We find deciphering the puzzle of effective communication for audiences of varying technical levels valiant and satisfying task! We have an immediate opening for a highly qualified content strategist to drive design and structures for delivering clear, relevant content that works for both business goals and user needs.

About The Role

Do you love to research and analyze audience needs, preferences, objectives, and methods? Workday Community content strategists analyze current content inventory across sites and delivery models and perform content audits and gap analysis to decide what is relevant, consistent, redundant, or missing for each target audience. In this role, you'll study and understand how users consume content across their product or project lifecycle.

You'll use your findings to lead cross-company task forces for content initiatives and develop a core content strategy statement for each. Interviewing participants and partners to define clear project goals and objectives for internal and external target audiences will help you define critical metrics and drive task force activities against them.

You'll build and maintain content roadmaps that align across the digital ecosystem by developing content models and content types according to business goals, user needs, and hierarchy of information. You'll refine and implement a cross-company information model.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in content strategy, content development, or web design.
• 3+ years working with information structure, data gathering, user needs and behaviors, labeling techniques, and navigational systems.

Other Qualifications

• Superb written and verbal communication skills, able to present strategic and tactical plans optimally.
• A high-level problem solver who can also keep track of details. Able to delve deeply into content analysis, while driving the content vision.
• Laser-focus on customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to take a design, direction, and leadership role in projects that span multiple teams.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Diligently organized—you like checklists and multi-step plans that make expectations and timelines clear.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $110,900 - $166,600

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $87,400 - $166,600
