Procurement And Operations Manager

Hope you are doing well. Currently my client is looking for - Procurement Excellence and Operations Manager

Duration – 12 months, Remote (Remote candidates within the US, will be considered and the Market Rate Intel of the remote city will also be considered)

• Proven track record of efficient stakeholder management
• Service orientation mindset to shape a high-quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.
• SAP S4H (HANA) experience will also be appreciated.
• Digital savvy and process efficiency-oriented person.
• Must have an appropriate University degree in Business or Industrial Engineering, and 7+ years of project deployment, E2E Process Improvement related work experience, preferably in Procurement (direct) and other Procurement operational experience in Pharma/Biotech industry. Finance, Supply Chain & Direct Materials experience is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a preferred.
• Under the overall ASPIRE Procurement Deployment Lead’s guidance, you are responsible for the Demand to Pay (Procurement) area, issue management and process stabilization. Who you are -
• Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level.
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization.
• Client is currently deploying its new Enterprise Digital Backbone based on the SAP S4H technology under the ASPIRE Project, which includes various functions and processes.
• You are a self-driven professional, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset.
