Procurement Excellence And Operations Manager Jobs

Perform deep dives and reviews of key value drivers, change management and execution towards future vision

A minimum of eight years (OR six years with a Masters) of performance excellence or analytics experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, have bias for action, and deliver results

Responsible for short and longer-term analyses that diagnose and understand areas of over and under-performance against industry standards and benchmarks

Identify new focus areas that require elevation to leadership discussion with recommendations and data to support the big ideas

Support the development team to automate the metrics to near real-time executive dashboard for Global IT organization

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) and/or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms for workflow management and reporting (preferred)

Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications, and analytical skills

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Candidates must have at least 5 years of administrative support experience.

Experience supporting senior executives with complex administrative needs in a fast-paced setting (required)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Facilitate the reporting of findings to business operations management

Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly across a range of channels/communication tools with internal stakeholders

Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across several tasks/projects simultaneously for various accounts

Perform other duties as necessary or assigned by the manager

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Lead and support strategic programs that will improve Utz’s Supply Chain capabilities.

Demonstrated project and program leadership skills with history of leading others outside direct span of control.

Experience developing metrics and analysis to understand project and operational performance.

Experience utilizing WMS and associated data desired.

Intermediate to expert Excel skills.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge and Experience across various procurement categories (direct, indirect and R&D)

Excellent judgment, influencing skills and leadership abilities in working with different stakeholders particularly with Senior Leadership;

Project Management - Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and within budget.

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance procurement skills and promote compliance with established policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Track and manage open audit points

Proven track record of efficient stakeholder management

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a preferred.

Service orientation mindset to shape a high-quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.

SAP S4H (HANA) experience will also be appreciated.
