Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager/Procurement Specialist to join our team as a backfill for HR procurement/sourcing requests. The Sourcing Manager/Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process for the HR category, ensuring that requests are fulfilled on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for HR category, including identifying supplier requirements, drafting RFPs/RFQs, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and executing agreements.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on the status of procurement requests and any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies that meet business requirements and achieve cost savings targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and identify potential cost savings opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of quality products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering procurement savings and meeting performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost savings opportunities and drive process improvements.
• 5-7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with a focus on the HR category.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, including market analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
