Pr And Partnership Associate - Beauty & Wellness

Job Summary:

We are a nontoxic nail care brand focused on wellness. We are looking for a PR and Partnership Associate to join our team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty & wellness and experiences in PR outreaches and planning & organizing successful events. you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and potential partners to promote our brand and drive growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute PR and partnership strategies that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, event registration, and on-site event management
• Identify and secure opportunities for media coverage and brand partnerships
• Develop and implement PR and partnership strategies that align with our business goals and target audience
• Collaborate with other brands to promote the brand awareness
• Create compelling pitch materials, press releases, and other communications to promote our brand and products/services
• Develop event timelines and budgets, and track expenses to ensure events stay within budget
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with our brand and target audience
• Coordinate and manage community events, product launches, and other PR/partnership related activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and potential partners
• Track and analyze the success of PR and partnership activities and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into PR and partnership strategies

Qualifications:

• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a deep understanding of the market and consumer trends
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage event logistics and budgets effectively
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful events, from concept development to execution and measurement
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• At least 1 years of experience in PR and/or partnership management in the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR and partnership strategies
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
