Sample Coordinator - Fashion

Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a Sample Coordinator for a timeless fashion and accessories company in NYC.

This role is a long-term contract, hybrid structure 2-3 days a week on-site.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sample management to:

• Support sample team with additional or new sample-related projects
• Daily update dark room with samples received in NY and shipped directly to JAX
• Daily monitor incoming sample requests for e-commerce photography and creative/marketing shoots via dark room software and Excel shot lists
• Prepare commercial invoices/shipment forms necessary to ship products to and from the library and JAX
• Liaise with the production team to ensure all e-commerce photography styles are sampled and shipped in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Sample space upkeep; organize, track, timely returns and boxing for a sample sale
• Effectively manage conflicting sample milestones and maintain sample sharing log
• Liaise with Sample Library, JAX, and cross-functional teams to secure samples for photoshoots
• Establish sample deadlines where necessary and communicate with all cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, PR, PD, Ecomm, Marketing, Visual, Wholesale, Buying etc.)
