Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper Jobs

Boulo is recruiting a Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper for a Nashville, TN based start-up company, dedicated to cultivating meaningful business introductions and connections. If you are looking for a position that would have you working with entrepreneurs, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Employment Type: Part-Time 10-15 hours per week

Flexibility: HYBRID

Pay: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• General company and personal bookkeeping
• Some personal assisting
• Expense reporting
• Event scheduling
• Calendar management

Requirements And Skills

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks
• Computer/tech savvy

Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have worked in the entrepreneur or start-up community. Candidates should have good business skills, strong communication skills and a willingness to pivot to different tasks, as needed. This role reports directly to the Founder of the company. Most of the work can be done from home, but there may be some in-person meetings with the team and also occasional networking events.
