Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Conducting regular financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Collaborating with other team members to provide financial insights for business decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Wave, Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
