About the Job

Our client is seeking an ambitious bookkeeper looking to move up and has a passion for numbers and business. Our client’s company is a fast-moving family company making a fun product at their factory office on Hixson Pike near Chattanooga, TN.

They’re looking for someone with a STRONG background in QuickBooks/bookkeeping/accounting skills who can quickly help them analyze their numbers, make business decisions, and be a part of the company's growth. The ideal candidate should be great with numbers but also seeks to one day run their operation or help with decision-making on the company's direction. Great for budding entrepreneurs and those with strong business intuition who have many skills and excellent CEO potential. Please do not apply if you are not clearly a QuickBooks master and can back it up. Essentially we want a numbers genius that aspires to move up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Balance books
• Gather data
• Payroll
• Populate spreadsheets
• Generate reports
• Manage QuickBooks,

Qualifications

• Other business skills preferred such as but not limited to:
• Business management
• Mastery of spreadsheets
• Business law, etc.
• Digital Marketing
• Proficient in other business management software applicable to business
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other apps in Microsoft Office Suite
• Finance
• Expert in QuickBooks

Location

This is NOT a remote job. We need someone at the office in Hixson, TN Monday through Friday, 9-5. Our client is flexible on ours, but this is a position that takes place on-site, learning the operation.
