As the company expands internationally, we are currently looking for a skilled Director of Marketing Communications to create and execute the full marketing strategy.

As the company’s first marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the company's integrated marketing communications strategy. With your strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills, you will elevate their brand profile and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms, both online and offline. An autonomous role you’ll need to feel comfortable manoeuvring between strategy and delivery, and as the company grows, you will have the chance to build and lead a team.

Requirements:

• Highly organized, accountable, adept at prioritization and planning with excellent communication and copywriting skills - design skills are advantageous.
• Experience scaling a marketing function from early stage and working within a start-up, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge technology and experience in the clean energy, energy tech, or space sectors.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading international marketing communications, both digital and offline.
• Comfortable manoeuvring between campaign strategy to delivery.
