At this time, a Project Manager is needed to be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of any assigned organizational projects. This includes the initiation of the project through project completion. This role is responsible for project planning, resource allocation, meeting coordination and facilitation, team building, budget control, risk identification, and overall project success.
Portfolio is headquartered in Lake Forest, CA. This position can be worked remotely, however, travel to our Lake Forest, CA will be required as needed.
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Standard Business Hours.
Compensation: Starting Pay $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annually - Depending on experience! Exceptional Benefits!

•We are seeking Corporate Project Managers for this role
•Experience working with Technical teams is highly desired
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the administrative duties required for a successful Project Governance, including resource capacity planning and the Project Steering Committee.
- Determine the project scope of work and build a project plan based on the scope requirements
- Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, inform team members, manage budgets, and summarizes project status to leadership
- Maintain end-to-end process knowledge and collaborate across Business Unit Owners (BUOs), Business Analysts (BAs), and the QA/Dev team.
- Takes ownership of changes and is personally responsible for managing change in an upbeat positive manner. (Change Management)
- Oversee and maintain a positive planning and implementation experience for our customers and associates
- All other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail with experience in analyzing large amounts of data and metric tracking
- Strive to enforce and live the Portfolio philosophy of RISE (Responsible, Innovative, Sincere, Efficient)
- Be an assertive leader, lead and facilitate meetings, ask questions, and document decisions
- Create and maintain project documentation utilizing project management software to include agendas, minutes, communication, RAID log, project plan, project charter
- Lead all efforts required for business testing, feature testing, and end-to-end testing as part of the Horizon project
- Create a plan for the Horizon feature testing and end-to-end testing and execute that plan to ensure we succeed in all testing aspects.
- Coordinate project deliverables and execute on project tasks within the determined scope, schedule, and budget
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to control larger groups during a meeting
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, JIRA, and SmartSheet
- Experience managing IT projects is a plus
- Demonstrated success in planning and leading various projects
- 2-5+ years of project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multi-task between projects
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document accurately and thoroughly

- Demonstrated success in planning, coordinating, and executing projects

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Vision acuity must include close vision, color vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
