the candidate will work closely with the engineering team to develop project plans, set project

timelines, and ensure that project objectives are met. The Engineering Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving issues as they arise. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to a high standard of quality.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as needed to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira or Asana is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budget management, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
