At least 5+ years of Corporate HR and progressive project management experience

Proficient with using Data to tell a story. Data extraction skills using SQL is a plus.

Any experience with HCM systems and implementations, especially Workday, is a plus.

Expert with PowerPoint and executive level presentations

Establish organization and information management methods for People Department projects, and be actively managing a slate of projects

Prior experience working within international education development

Own and manage the People Department quarterly performance dashboard

Partner with HR Managers in nine countries.

Own and manage the People Department’s compliance projects and initiatives.

Establish and manage a comprehensive communications plan for strategic People Department project progress and outputs

Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
