In this Change Analyst contract role, you will be supporting digitalization of the Real Assets division operating as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team. You will undertake current state analysis, assess existing information architecture including object models, directories, sites, folders and documents.
  • Assess existing or required controls to accommodate legacy content or to be incorporated into future state
  • Assess existing security and permission groups
  • Map retentions schedules to directories, sites or folders
  • Assess front book (active content) vs back book (legacy content)
  • Identify and execute remediation/transformation activities in preparation for migration
  • Develop as-is journey maps and impact assessments
As a member of the MAM Transformation & Projects team you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders and business analysts, to understand business requirements and develop change management strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness across the change management activities.
  • Contribute to and execute change plans including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and business readiness assessments.
  • Manage stakeholders, identify change risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Change Lead on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities to make sure overall change strategy and transition planning meets program objectives.
Salary range for this position: $80,000-120,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
