Responsibilities

• Assess market opportunities and research market trends.
• Develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns such as events, email, social media, or digital campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Write, edit and schedule select marketing communications that adhere to communications and brand strategy for various channels (i.e., web, print, email, online).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives/programs.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze campaign/program/service/event effectiveness to inform decisions regarding strategic marketing direction, product segmentation and customer targeting.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as marketing collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Mandarin is an asset
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and content management systems (e.g. Hubspot)
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications
