Minimum 7 years of payroll experience with high volume payrolls with (1,000+) employees, exempt and non-exempt.

Manage successful updates to SAP system configuration, Master Data, and OSS notes

Minimum five years of Time or Payroll leadership experience.

Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Watson labor management.

Bachelor’s degree or certification in operations management, Human Resources Management, or another relevant field, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in payroll leadership, including management of in-house payroll

Excellent written and oral communications, including education and change management

Continuously drive improvements, automation, communication, and education to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling

Drive change management and successful adoption of all payroll changes

Diverse HR experience (payroll, operations, benefits, immigration, etc.) preferred

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, business administration or closely related field.

Minimum of four (4) increasingly responsible payroll experience, including two (2) of lead or supervisory experience
