- Assist with the continuous improvement of the partner success processes and practice to enable delivery partners to execute with quality.
- Own relationships and strategically manage service delivery partner teams.
- Define, manage, and execute on a delivery partner quality program.
- Identify implementation risks and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure successful outcomes for our customers.
- Ensure high levels of delivery team engagement, satisfaction and loyalty from late stage sales through customer deployment.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key partner stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Serve as the voice of the partner delivery teams and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of partner engagement with Okta.
- Assist delivery partners in partner direct sales cycles to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Collaborate across Okta to meet our business objectives with delivery partners and effectively coordinate with internal teams including product marketing, support, engineering, alliance and sales teams.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of delivery partners.
- Design learning and training plans for delivery partners.
- Embrace challenging situations and enjoy solving complex problems
- Broad knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security space
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
- 4+ years of consulting experience, including at least 2 years of people/project management including remote team management experience (Strongly preferred)
- Able to be a hands-on leader
- Experience working with or at a GSI or Indian SI (Preferred)
- 5+ or more years of SaaS implementation experience
- General knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
- Hands on experience with project delivery, including all aspects of program management and SDLC
- Experience in developing and have used multiple implementation methodologies
- 3+ years of partner management experience including offering subject matter expertise and project management oversight (Preferred)
- Identifies critical issues with ease and dedicatedly develops an action plan for resolution
- Exhibits confidence and a deep understanding of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and customer mindsets
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Assists in the facilitation of meetings, providing well defined agendas, tracking / handling action items and taking meeting notes
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations
- Communicates with internal and external partners and all levels of management
- Understands how to communicate difficult/ sensitive information thoughtfully
- Facilitates effective team interaction
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen partner/customer relationships
- Manages partner and customer expectations effectively
- Demonstrates team leadership and is a highly effective teammate
- Communicates effectively with partners and customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline required.
