Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the operations of our high-tech client’s Global Partner Programs Team. This role will be responsible for the overall Partner Program compliance and maintenance, Partner Community maintenance and On-Boarding. The ideal candidate also has experience with Partner Incentives as well as other partner aspects of Partner Operations.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.
What you will do:
Partner Program
- Ensure proper tagging of opportunities within SFDC
- Assist in creation and maintenance of Partner Business Plans
- Manage Partner Program compliance; evaluate partner performance and notify partners of their status
- Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in client's Partner Program systems (SFDC, Apttus)
- Work with partner team on partner mapping (customer) in SFDC
Partner Community
- Present updates community to both partners and partner team, as needed
- Train partners and partner team on Partner Community, as needed
- Responsible for project managing community functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure material is current at all times
- Manage the client's Partner Community inquires and partner access
Partner On-Boarding
- Work with Operations to create reporting to show status of Partners around on-boarding and tiering
- Work with team to create an on boarding process for new Partners
- Execute and track Partner on-boarding process
What you Bring:
- You thrive in high growth, ambiguous environments
- B.A. or B.S. required
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- 2-7 years of partner program operations or similar experience for a high-tech company (Required)
- Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
- Knowledge of Salesforce (Required)
- Experience with MDF and partner incentives is a (Plus)
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
- Self starter that shows initiative and have the ability to “run with it”
