The Opportunity


We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Adobe, focusing on generative AI partnerships and Adobe Firefly. As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and partnerships related to generative AI technologies including Adobe Firefly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute partner programs that leverage the power of generative AI to enhance Adobe's product offerings and customer experience.


What You'll Do


  • Program Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution of generative AI partnership programs, including project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination. Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and objectives within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and applications in generative AI technologies and related industries. Continuously evaluate competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to drive Adobe's growth and leadership in generative AI.
  • Program Strategy: Develop a comprehensive program strategy for generative AI partnerships, including goal setting, roadmap planning, and prioritization. Align program objectives with Adobe's business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment with various internal teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, legal, and business development. Act as a liaison between these teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, nurturing collaborative partnerships for mutual success. Identify opportunities for joint research, development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partnership Development: Manage strategic partnerships with key players in the generative AI space. Collaborate with external partners to explore innovative solutions, technologies, and applications that align with Adobe's product roadmap and GTM strategy.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, navigating through ambiguity, and adapting to evolving priorities. Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing program strategies to drive growth and innovation.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud and SaaS technology landscape, and emerging interest in generative AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. Familiarity with Adobe's product portfolio is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles, preferably within the software or technology industry. Experience in managing partnerships and collaborations is highly desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $188,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
