Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Program Director to oversee our partnerships with gaming & esports creators, music artists, sports athletes, and other influencers “closer to gaming” and entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build relationships with content creators and social media influencers to promote our B2C brands and Drops campaigns. You will be instrumental in continuing to build our reputation in this space while driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities


  • Build and lead a team of partnership managers and coordinators to execute on partnership strategies
  • Analyze the data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Create and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure the success of creator and influencer partnerships
  • Provide guidance to the teams in aligning their decisions with customer expectations
  • Educate internal Business Development and Account Management teams on creator and influencer partnership strategies and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Directors of Products, Product Owners, BD Lead, and Marketing Lead to understand their strategies and tactics on a regular basis - weekly, be-weekly calls, offsites, retrospectives, and so on
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and onboard relevant creators and influencers to promote our brand and Drops campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and PR teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Gather insights about customer segment expectations through market research and feedback from partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with creators and influencers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Create and manage a network of content creators and social media influencers
  • Continuously monitor trends in the creator and influencer space and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
  • Align on strategy and tactics with customer segment expectations:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, fees, and expectations with creators and influencers
  • Collect data on key performance indicators for each partnership
  • Evaluating partnership performance (both vendors and publishers):
  • Communicate findings to partners and internal stakeholders, and develop action plans to address identified issues


Requirements


  • Proven track record of developing successful creator and influencer partnerships that drove brand awareness and engagement
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in creator/influencer partnerships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to develop unique partnership strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the social media landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience managing a team and driving team performance


$190,000 - $220,000 a year


Total compensation is salary + bonus
