The role of Outbound Fulfillment manager is an immediate impact and complex role, and it must be undertaken by someone who is capable of jumping into complex problems, driving cross-organizational collaboration, rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty on systems and data, and ultimately delivering results with a tenacious passion for doing “what it takes”. This is a full-time position based in our Menlo Park office.

Job Responsibilities

• You will work with XFN to develop balanced fulfilment execution plans at all channel levels and for all accounts within the channel.
• Successful execution in this role has a direct impact to customer in stock rates, OTD, fulfilment costs, warehouse utilization, labour, etc.
• The Outbound Fulfillment manager for RL Service Ops will have ownership and autonomy to manage the relationship, process, and data flow between operations, planning, business, logistics, and partners.
• Equally, the role will work closely with operations to agree/align warehouse, logistics, pick/pack/ship plans with the required shipment plans.
• You must understand and consider channel requirements and WOS target strategies and work cross functionally to identify and resolve challenges as required.

Required Skills:

• Responsible for transactions in Oracle in support of order shipments
• Customer support team and business single point of contact
• Delivering order fulfilment key performance indicators (KPI)
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting as required
• Owns the relationship, process development, and data flow between fulfilment and operations – ensuring planning has the required inputs to properly balance demand & supply
• Owns planning inputs & outputs within the walls of our service centers (SMOG sites)
• Problem resolution across multiple organizations and processes
• Coordinate supply allocation, order drop, and order prioritization
• Order E2E management and order fulfilment execution
• Contribute to warehouse and transportation capacity planning

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with order management & order entry in an ERP system; Oracle, SAP, Other
• Expert in Excel. Experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (Tableau, Business Intelligence hubs)
• Proficient written and verbal communications in English (one additional European language a plus)
• Proactive problem solving with communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience influencing and driving decision-making through fact-based analysis and rationale
• Sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant Planning, Logistics or Fulfilment role, preferably in Consumer Electronics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University BS or MS in supply chain
• Experience in close engagement and management of third party fulfillment partners
